Rophe was drawn to birth work from an early age, inspired by the beauty, strength, and intentional design of a woman’s body for pregnancy and birth. Having experienced her own home births, she understands birth as both a sacred and transformative experience, and is deeply committed to protecting the birth process for families choosing to birth at home.
She is passionate about continuity of care and the importance of informed consent, believing that families deserve clear, compassionate education so they can make confident, autonomous decisions throughout pregnancy, birth, and postpartum.
Rophe attended the National Midwifery Institute and apprenticed with Birth Matters Midwifery, where she gained hands-on experience supporting physiologic birth and individualized care.
As a mother of three, avid runner, and triathlete, Rophe brings her belief that our bodies are capable of hard and holy things into the birth space. She finds deep purpose in walking alongside families, supporting mothers as they discover their strength and move through birth with dignity, peace, and trust in their bodies.

Melissa’s earliest memory of delighting in the birth process was as a child visiting the Science Museum. She remembers watching videos, one of a mother dancing in her labor room, another surrounded by her young family, while another escaped into a birthing pool to focus inwardly. It was not until Melissa became a mother herself that she realized just how empowering the birth space can be.
Melissa & her husband, Matthew, live on the South Shore with their four children ranging from age 7-14. They enjoy doing life with their extended families, friends and church community.
A passion of Melissa's is photography. Over the past two decades photography has allowed her entrance into people’s lives. It was while photographing a friends birth experience, that she began thinking about how she could return to the birth space with practical tools to support laboring mothers.
As a doula, Melissa desires to bring calm and compassionate care to mothers while they experience one of the most intense yet miraculous mysteries of life.

Andrea’s heart for birth work began with her love for caring for mothers and babies. After years supporting families as a childcare provider, she was drawn to the sacred space of pregnancy, birth, and the postpartum journey. For nearly a decade, Andrea has served as a Postpartum Doula, Newborn Care Specialist, and Sleep Consultant, guiding families through those first tender weeks with calm reassurance, practical help, and compassionate care.
Her own experiences of motherhood have shaped her perspective and fueled her passion to see women supported, encouraged, and empowered as they welcome new life. She believes birth is both hard and holy, a space where women can discover their strength and embrace the beauty of their body’s design.
Andrea brings a steady, reassuring presence into the birth space, offering hands-on comfort measures, guidance, and encouragement, while helping partners find their role. She counts it an honor to walk alongside families through one of life’s most transformative journeys.
Andrea lives on the South Shore with her husband, their three children, and their cuddly two-year-old pup.
